This is like going to the doctor and saying I have a headache , whats wrong?
There are many possible reasons for the ABS to activate among which could be sensors, wiring,ABS module etc.
One thing you can do is have the computer checked for any codes and if any are in the memory it may help provide some direction.
Places like Autozone will check for any codes at no charge.
If there are any codes post them here and we may be able to help answer your question.

Autozone usually does not get involved in diagnosing or repairs.
Did they check the computer for any codes in it's memory?

Default abs problem

I may of had the same or simular problem. It turned out to be the tone ring on the axle. Its a ring with teeth on it and as it passes the sensor it detects that it may be broken. have a close look at the ring on both sides and that may lead you to the fix.
