Default Actuatory assy on inlet manifold of Escape 2.3

Hallo, I am new here and I have the problem that I can not find a part that is indicated as 1s7g9L492 actuator assy on later 2.3 engines with 160HP. It is located on inlet manifold und driven by vacuum. Do I need to purchase the complete inlet manifold if the connection rod of actuator assy is broken ? For Escape 2.3 I can not find this part separatelly, only on later engines of S-Max and others with 2.3 engine and the same Inlet Manifold I can find it. The actuator moves a flap to improve the torque. If the connection is worn out I hear a knocking noise at idle speed. This disappears when I disconnect the vacuum hose from actuator assy. 6 Month earlier I got a used part that solves problem and gives better acceleration, but now connection rod broken again. The vacuum part is ok, Thank you !
