Smile Bigger tires

Hello, looking for some advice for replacing my 2018 Escape tires. She currently has standard 235/55/R17 tires. I'm interested in more of a rugged tire, that you would see on the Bronco, like an all terrain or possibly mud terrain tire. Having some trouble trying to find anyone who can help me with this. Anyone here put bigger tires on their escape? If so whats the largest you can go and if anyone has any direction to point me to, I'd really appreciate it! peace G-

People who install tires everyday , a tire place, would be able to provide a better answer.

I'm sure you are not the first person that wanted larger tires, and don't forget the larger the tire the more $$ they make.

Hi, thank you for your reply Hanky. I agree, I'm definitely not the 1st to want bigger tires, I just haven't been able to find any specific info. I had called a few tire places and they weren't very helpful at all. ✌️

There is something of which you should be aware.
If any commercial establishment alters anything on a vehicle that it was not certified when built, brings a liability issue and most places don't want any part of that.

They know what tires will fit and not fit, but don't want to get involved with doing any altering.
