Exclamation Break pedal noise

Had my breaks replaced 2 times since 2020 for by 2011 escape. My last replacement was 3 weeks ago. Since the last replacement, a week later, I starting to hear/feel popping sound when the breaks were applied off/on. Didn’t matter the speed or the pressure applied to the breaks. Happens going forward and backing the car. Took a ford dealership..he replicated the issues backing up the car, but could not replicate going forward. Couldn’t find any issue with the breaks. No dashboard signals. Drove off the lot and guess what I heard/felt. 🤬. Any thoughts????

Can we ask who did the brake work the last 2 times?

Do you know if the noise you hear is louder in the front or the rear?

Did anybody check to see if one of the wheels may not be on tight? Strongly suggest that someone verify all wheel nuts are tight.

No seeems, like its from the front. I would assume they check all nuts abd bolts when reassembling. 🤔

If there was no problem, it probably would be safe to assume, but because there is a problem, assuming is not a good thing to do.

Could be an issue with the caliper slides binding or a hardware issue not holding the pad snugly in place or something else. Since we are talking brakes, I would get them checked again by someone else. Brakes shouldn't make that type of noise anyway and don't assume it's safe.A loose wheel will also make noise over bumps, while steering and general driving.
