Default Car will not Start

Hi everyone.

1st post. Have done a search and couldn't find the answer.

2005 Ford Escape 3.0. current mileage: 130,000 km.
Im based In Dubai.

Parked the car last night no problem. This morning started the car and drove off. 200 meter down the road car started sputtering. 200 meters further, i tried being hard on the gas it done it more so i took it easy But it stalled and wouldn't start again. The engine Cranks and turns. Sometimes it seems like it will start but just sputters and dies. Other times just keeps turning and no ignition.

Car went in for a service 1000km ago. It had all the filters changed. Spark plugs were done 30,000km ago.
Got it recovered to the dealer. They plugged in the computer, No codes and it still wouldn't start.

They are not sure what is wrong yet. They have to further look into it.

Anyone got any idea what it could be?

Thanks all.

had a dealer tell my wife the plugs were installed backwards(I was working out of state) told her on the phone get that car OUT OF THERE !! Beware ! especialy in a different country..they often try to baffle ya with bull****
the crank senser would be the first thing I would check..the fuel pump wont be turned on (except for a 2 sec burst) and you will have no spark

Default * update *

Update!

Car requires new PCM, Plugs and ignition coils.

Dealers quoted me 8000 AED. The car is worth 24000 AED max.
Where can i get the PCM 2nd hand?

Been busy and not been able to reply sooner.

Cant believe all these things failed at once ..Get a second opinion..sounds like thet are doing a shotgun repair (replace everything and hope you find the problem in the process )
