Transmission was replaced and they say now drive shaft is bad. I was told they put the 2014 escape AWD in netueral and pushed it in. But the transmission was not responding to any gears so would that damage the drive shaft and more since they couldn't put it in netueral?

 

I'm sure they got it into neutral. I doubt they will drag it in. More than likely the joint is worn out.It happens.
