Help with an accumulator problem
They are called a "schrader fitting".
You need to be careful here because that type fitting was used with older vehicles in the fuel line.
Pretty sure the insert for A/C is different from that used for fuel.
I would be more comfortable obtaining that insert from a dealership parts dept.
You might be able to get what you are looking for at a salvage yard,BUT, must be from A/C system. The tool to remove is definitely different from tire valve stem.
I believe the opening on the tool is different
