hi i just bought 2011 escape, it is awd, flexfuel v6 not sure but i think it is 3.0 litre or something....( whatever that means!)
anyways, my question is this, for anyone who owns the same year and make as me, when you fill it how many km's does it tell you that you have until empty?
mine says only 438, or so, but i know when my hubby got his ford focus, it was like that, said the same thing, now after driving it for a year, he fills up and it says 600km until empty. is this common? will my "km's until empty" grow the more i drive it? or does this escape really truel only get 438km until empty?
because that doesn't seem like much....i thought it had good fuel economy? my minivan ( dodge GC 2005) was about $70 to fill and i got at least 500 off of a tank, i thought this would get more k's per fill...... then again a fill up right now is about 55-60$ too......does it just have a small tank or something?
