Default Latest '13 recall

I just received the actual letter of recall notice on the '13 1.6 EcoBoost Escape. And it says very plainly that they expect people to stop driving the vehicle and Ford will provide a rental 'while we develop a solution to the problem'. That doesn't sound very encouraging to me, based on previous experience. We've already had a rental or loaner for nearly 30 days in the 5 months of ownership and previous recalls. I know what the local Entrerprise office is going to want me to take... and if I wanted to drive a rental appointed Fusion, I would've bought one. And paid a helluva lot less. I know it's a complete waste of time to complain to Ford, but I'm going to push someone very hard for a similarly equipped rental... because we may be it awhile.
