Default Squeaky power window (drivers's)

hi..I purchased a 2008 Ford Escape 4wd XLT new a couple of years ago. Within a few weeks the driver's side front window started squeaking going up and down. The original dealer lubricated the tracks and all was well for awhile. In the past year I have taken it to another dealer in the area 4 more times. They have done the lubricating bit, replaced all the gaskets, weather stripping and moulding. A month after that the window started squeaking again, had trouble going up and down and finally froze halfway up. Yesterday they replaced the regulator and regulator assembly and relubricated the tracks. Within an hour of leaving the dealership the window started squeaking again going up. The dealer has been great about doing the warranty work but it's driving me nuts having to take it in one day and then bring it back yet another time while they wait for parts to come in. The car is not exposed to excessive dust, sand, dirt etc. Since I owned the vehicle I have sold my house, rented for a year and now bought again a year ago so it it not related to any geographic location (3 different towns). Does anyone have any ideas after what they have already done as to what the problem could be. I have never had this problem with any of the previous cars I have owned. Is it possible that one of the tracks or the glass itself could be slightly warped? Thanks for any suggestions anyone has.
