Default Sway bar link question?

Do not mean to seem stupid, but I bought a new sway bar link for my escape. I was told by shop that the one on my front drivers side was shot, and that is what I needed, going to do the job today, but when I opened it it came with little nibs that get tightened in the head and looks where you would put grease.

They do not seem to be to filled up, not sure if I should put them in now?

The guy at the shop did not tell me if I need to put grease in before installation, they are in blue box from MEVOTECH and the shop is now closed. would love a quick response, thank you !

the nibs are called zirk fittings. The links should have grease in them from the factory, but who knows for sure? if you put it in there yo know for sure. It doesn't matter if you put it inbefore or after mounting the link. before should be easier.

Thank you so much, the store is open today, so I left it as I did not get a reply in time. I will let you know what they said, thank you all the same.
