Default What should I do?

I just bought a used 2006 ford escape XLT. I'm thinking about customizing it a bit but don't know what to start with and which things will have the desired effects.
This is the list of upgrades I would like to put on:
$130 1" spacers
$119 Bull Guard
$45Auxiliary lightsfor the bull guard (2 6" 130 watts)
$20 Wiring for the lights (wireless remote)
$60 Hood bug deflector (looks nice on my escape as seen in pics)
$40 Window visors (already got these)
$50 K&N filter
I did some shopping around and these are the prices I found. I'm on a tight budget since I am a college student but I wouldn't want to be driving a stock car. Also if you have any additional information on the upgrades I want please post. Also one of my biggest questions is about the spacers, does anybody has experience with those, I would like to get 1" or 1.5" spacers in some future and then upgrade my tires from 235/70-16 to 235/75-16, how would that effect my driving and performance. And one last thing I was speed testing my escape and it felt like my escape swayed like crazy as if it half way flouts when I hit about 90 mph and hit some pot holes and bumps, any suggestions?
