Before I did into why my car is idling too high, I thought I'd ask here if anyone could throw some ideas of what to check first, that'd be appreciated. I think I'm going to check for any vacuum leaks and move to cleaning idle air control valve first....

 

If you haven't solved the problem yet, you are looking in the right direction.Also look for a gummed up and sticking throttle shaft on the throttle body.

 

It just stopped doing it all the sudden. Everything good, for now. Thanks
