Got a 99 escort and been having some running trouble sometimes.... when running hwy speeds (65-75) and coming to the top of a hill lets say with the cruise on...it will loose power like someone had turn off the ignition. It will drop 5-10 mph and then pick back up. it will do it without the cruise also but not as much. It does not seem to do it at lower speeds. When this first came about it would do it at a cold start and would idle but it would not pull out till it warmed up some. So I put in new plugs and wires and it did not change anything. thoughts?
