I was wonder if a power steering rack out of a 94 escort would fit in a 99 escort zx2?

 

Im gonna say NO. One way to check is call a FORD DEALER PARTS DEPARTMENT ask for the part number of your 99 ESCORT and ask them to see how far back it goes before the numbers change drastically. or the other way around start with a 95 or 96 and see if all the parts number match pretty close. Will give you a better idea if you find a good parts guy to talk to.
