Default Pond on the passenger side rear floor

I live in NY and since Irene and all the rain. I noticed water on the floor behind the passenger seat. I also noticed water in the trunk. (Jack was under water).

Does anyone know where this leak could be?

I haven't really looked yet, but I was planning to remove the passenger seat and pull up the carpet. But that's not until the weekend.

Leak could be coming from rear window, R/R door even from the front and ending up in the back. Don't overlook the trunk lid seal.
