Default Shifting problems

Is there a part called shift solenoid. Code came up P 0715. Thanks for any help.

Yes, there are a few of them. I do not believe the code you posted involves any shift solenoid . It does point to a problem with one of the sensors on the transmission.

I agree with Hanky, it is unlikely that this code is for a shift solenoid. The code by definition is "Input/Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction."
