Have a 1997. Really becomes noticeable at 70 mph, less the slower you go. If it is not tire balance issue what could it be? The brakes when applied are smooth so I don't think it is a rotor issue, also I checked for play in the wheels and everything seems to be tight. My experience with bearings in the past is that they make more noise than anything.
