I just recently fixed a problem with my 99 ZX2's horn. It died... Actually it shorted out. Before this happened the anti theft alarm worked fine. After replacing the horn with an after market horn the anti theft does not work when I set it. The lights blink the THEFT light illuminates in the dash. I can open the car door without deactivating the system and nothing...no flashing lights no sound. I can hit the panic button and just the lights flash...still no horn. Now i can press the horn from the steering wheel and it works fine. Please help I am running out of options.
