I'm working on a 2000 Ford Excursion 5.4 4x4. When you put it in reverse it works fine, but when you put it in drive it dies out every time. When I lift the rear tires off the ground I can get it to shift through the gears normally, but as soon as I stop the rear tires it dies out. There is no stall. I think I have a problem with the torque converter lock up solenoid. What are my possibilities and fixes. There is no codes and transmission was rebuilt recently. Please help!!!
