Default 07 Ford expedition rear suspension

I have an 07 Ford expedition with air suspension. My left rear will not inflate. But my right rear works fine. I have put a new height senson switch on the left side. But has made no change. Any ideas what is wrong?

By height sensor switch do you mean the solenoid at the air bag area?

No, the switch that is for the height adjustment. The arm was broken off.
