Default 2000 Expedition 4.6 Misfire after getting wet

I flushed the radiator system by removing the lower hose, upper hose and thermostat. I then filled with water and Prestone radiator cleaner. I Drove the truck for about 30 minutes and then removed lower hose, but when I removed the upper hose I was careless and water shot down the right side of the engine, 5,6,7, and 8 coil packs.
After getting everything back in order, I now have a miss upon starting the truck. Advanced Auto hooked up a scanner and it read misfire cylinder #6.
I replaced the coil pack and plug for #6 and still have the miss. I then bought 3 more coil packs and 3 more plugs. I now have 4 new plugs and 4 new coil packs and still have the miss. I did disconnect the battery for about 30 minutes and now have no codes.
Before flushing my 2000 Expedition it ran like a top, I only wanted to replace the anti freeze and thermostat.
I know when the hot water shot down the engine something got wet and I was hoping it was the plugs/coils.
Any ideas what else could have gotten wet that would cause the miss?
As always,
Thank you

Something you might try.
Remove and reinstall as many of the coil plugs as you can easily reach. Check to make sure the contacts are not spread open. Fords sometimes don't always give the correct cylinder when they show a misfire. If you have the old coils that were replaced with new and there was no change, we can assume they are OK. If you feel up to it, exchange the remaining coils and see what you get. Keep in mind anti-freeze doesn't evaporate as quickly as water and there may be some in a place where you can't see it and yet cause a problem. If the vehicle ran good before the water bath most of the time all it takes is patience to allow the stuff to thoroughly dry out.
