2001 Expedition vents remain on after ignition is off!?!
Noticed this morning that upon getting into car the blower was on blowing air through vents while ignition was off. Later while driving the chime went off intermittently. I'm assuming this may be a fuse or electrical problem but was hoping someone has dealt with this before and had a quick fix.

You could hunt and poke for days trying to find this problem. What is required to pin it down is a quality scan tool and an experienced technician.
It does sound like one of the modules, and there are several, is either waking up when it shouldn't or is being awakened due to a malfunction.
