2007 Expedition EL Drivers Seat 10 way heated/cooled issue

The drivers seat will not vertically raise. Switch unit was replaced with new one, but still won't rise. All other functions of 10 way work. Anyone have a solution please.

Sounds like a motor issue..

I had same issue, took small hammer under seat and tapped motor...works! Lol. Also, my seat heaters on driver n passenger aren't working anymore...any ideas?
