Default Passenger seat F 350

I would like to install a more comfortable passenger seat in my 1999 F350.
7.3 with 6 speed and 2WD.
Unloaded the truck rides quite stiff (that is OK with me) but it is heck on my wife's back. Is there some sort of seat that smooths out the ride and or makes it a bit more "cushy"?

Thank you.
Eric

I don't remember if it has a bench seat or split seats.
A bench seat might be able to be redone to make the seating somewhat softer and a split seat you may be able to find that will fit and be less firm. What does our member CARID have to say here?

I should have mentioned the seat arrangement.
Driver and passenger are independent seats with a flip done back type seat for the middle. The middle seat is fixed the other two slide for and aft.

I have installed addl cushioning over the springs in some seats and that made a big difference. I used foam padding.
