97 expedition electrical

97 expedition electrical

my expeditions turn signal flasher is making noise,windows work with no key in. With key in the airbag lite is flashing.?

Does anyone think the ignition switch is shorting and supplying power even when not on.and when on not suplying airbag correctly?I pulled relay to right of column relay #tbb89 and noises stop but turn signals dont work.
