I have a 97 Expedition 5.4 Eddie Bauer. The wipers worked then began to stop at various times. Then one day stopped altogether. Now they don't work and the windshield sprayer doesn't work either. I just replaced the Multifunction switch and still no joy. Anyone have any ideas?

 

I found he problem. It was with the fuse. It seems the fuse holder is really loose. I was able to wrap a single piece of wire over the contacts of the fuse and it did the trick. Hope this helps someone else.
