Have 08 Ford Expy EL and very recently the fan motor (front) only blows in certain situations. And even when it does work, it only works on slow speed, only works when rear is blowing, and only works when the car is in motion. When the car stops, the fan stops. When I start moving, the fan starts blowing again(slow speed)

Any thoughts out there? Blower motor resistor by chance?
