Trying to find out if anyone has had a 2001 Expedition XLT appraised, for only $6300, that's what the Insurance company is trying to get me to swallow after I got in an accident last month that bent the frame and made fixing it unprofitable for them. It has 143,000 miles with all the bells and whistles - multi-cd player, dual a/c with controls for fromnt/rear, heated mirrors, 2 wheel drive, and 4.6 Liter engine. Any help would be appreciated, I just want to make sure I'm not getting beat.

Sounds fair for the high miles, 2WD and the smaller engine....not to mention the prices on these have come down alot since the price of gas has gone up.
