Default interior plastic rattle when going over bumps

I just purchased 16 expedition max limited with 75k km on it. I am in Canada so it's pretty cold outside(part of the reason why the plastic rattles so much).

I also own 2015 F-150(aluminum body) and it is way more quiet(less wind, road noise) than 16 expedition which I expected..

Problems is... I get too much plastic squeak noise when going over bumps and pot holes. Whenever the SUV body twists a bit, I get a lot of rattles and squeaks from the dash(around LCD screen), gear shifter area, and doors.

And because of this light plastic noise, this SUV feels really cheap.

Is it really hard to take the console and shifter area a apart? I would want add some felt pad to reduce the noise.

My 15 F150 has a lot of plastic inside too but it doesn't make any rattle or squeak.
