On the 07 I am looking at I originally wanted load levelling but the one they found for me only has standard shocks, should I be concerned by this or stay with standard ?

Load leveling is for towing/hauling. If you do little of that and only light stuff when you do - I'd be less concerned. On the other hand if you work with your truck a lot - I'd have concern. Load leveling computers make up for years of driving experience (some of which isn't fun). If I did a lot of hauling/towing I would tell them to put it on.
