Default No Dash heat/AC rear is working 99Exp

I have a 99 Expedition XLT 5.4L and recently had only heat coming out of the dash when the AC was on. I have read every link to the blend door issues, and thought this was my problem. The next day it was cold in the morning, and thought I would at least have heat, but only very cold air came through the dash. Theback seat heat/AC work great and the fan control (blower) on the dash works fine.

I was under the impression that a faulty blend door in the dash would favor the heat or AC.......pending on which way it was stuck. Can this still be my problem still since both AC/Heat are not working? Is there a high voltage fuse that I could be overlooking?

Thanks

Mike
