OD Light flicker on and Off:
This does not effect the Overdrive, it is ann[:@]oying.
I do not know if the OD is off/On.
If I touch the selector tree Up/Down/In/Out, light will go off, but come back on because of vibration..

If your OD Off light is flickering you might want to have a diagnostic ran. The Off light is like the check engine light for the transmission. I learned this the hard way
. Just this last weekend mine started flashing it wouldn't go into 4th ,and when I pulled over it dumped the tranny fluid. I took it to the shop and the diagnostic said the Torque converter was failing. Now it needs to be changed at 65K [:@]!!
