Glad you finally got it straightened out.
Can I ask , do you have any Idea how many miles were on those plugs? Could it be they were the original plugs the vehicle came with? If so , that would explain a lot.

I've been a tech for alot of years I've never had any trouble getting any of the plugs out using the tool it just takes a little determinations as far as your [size=13px]rpm[/size] problem I'd find out the code it's probably something left unhooked or something crossed I had a shop for years like always told my guys if it's doing something it wasn't when it came in recheck what you did ninety-nine percent of the time either something got crossed of missed on putting it back together.
