This is new to me, but sometimes 2 heads are better than one.
Do you know where your vehicle was manufactured ? Is there any kind of specification label on or near the driver's side door ?
Did you purchase it new?
Is there a Ford dealership anywhere near your area? If there is, they should be able to help come up with the correct parts.
Your area is not the only one where folks drive on the left hand side of the road.
I don't know for sure, but if you reverse the cable at the wheels, it should work in either left or right side drive. The cable from the inside to the connection at the underside might be different.
Where have you been trying to purchase those parts?

I've tried buying from the US but they sent the wrong cable, they were for the 4 cable lhd vehicle, the ford dealers here can only give me ford part numbers cos the cables are obsolete, I've not tried reversing cables cos the right cable is so much shorter than the left, didn't buy it new, ill have to check any labels on the door
