Default 1999 Ford Explorer Sports 2DR Turns on then shuts off

Hey guys this is my first time posting to this forum but i've been reading a lot of posts here and love the feedback. I'm currently having a little issue with my car, this is a first for her as well. I drive a 1999 Ford Explorer Sports 2DR. I got her with 62K in 2005 and driving her since. She now has 155K and never had a problem with her. When I turn her on, she revs up normally where the RPM needle goes up to about 2 then usually sits at RPM 1, but now she goes from RPM 2 down to 1 then 0 and cuts out. Even when I keep revving it up a little she just cuts out. I thought It may have been the alternator so I bought a used one from the junkyard and installed it myself, but still have the same issue.

I spoke to a friend who's a mechanic and he said to clean the throttle body also there is a little injector/spray/filter thing right above the throttle body, but I cannot remember the name of it. I believe it was ASL/ACL/ALS or something along those letter mixes.

If someone could help by showing me how to clean or replace that little ASL thingy it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again guys.

Default Update

So I took out the trottle body and cleaned it. Took out some gray sensor thing on the top, and cleans it, but it has not done anything to it.
Here is a video of the gauges.

sounds like the AIC valve on the intake manifold is going bad. I had a similar problem, my had to keep giving it gas to run or else it would stall. Replaced the "Air Idle Control" valve and alls well.
