Default 2000 Explorer AC wires Destroyed

Hello. My 2000 Explorer 4.0 V6 has undergone some groundhog damage under the hood, chewing up some insulation on the hood and wires connecting to the AC Receiver/Dryer (I think). I have pictures of the damage, and i need to know what parts i need to be looking for, or if its beyond me and should suck it up and take it to a mechanic. Thanks in advance.

BTW, more pics to come shortly

The last 2 are from the plug in the hole shown on the Receiver/dryer.

The connector on the dryer/receiver, would be the connector for the low pressure cut-off switch. Should be able to seperate the connector, install some new wire into the pins and splice it bac into the wiring harness. The LOW pressure switch is just an ON-OFF switch.
