I own a 2002 Explorer Eddie Bauer 4x4. The issue i am having is with the door ajar indicator on the dash, it remains on at all time and will not go off even will all door closed nor can it be reset by the botten on the dash. What could be causing this problem?

 

One of the door lock latches has a sticking part that will usually return to the correct position after we spray some penetrating oil into the latch assy inside the door. Not knowing which door it is will require all door latches to get sprayed. After a few times of opening and closing the door it will usually return to the correct position.
