2002 Explorer XLT Wheel Alignment... Help
2002 XLT AWD.
Local shop recently replaced Rack & Pinion, Outer Tie Rod, Upper Ball Joint, and did Wheel Alignment.
First thing I noticed was steering wheel was slightly off center (a few degrees to the right).
Also noticed it's not tracking perfectly straight, pulls slightly to the right.
Brought it back next day. They test drove it and agreed with me. They did another alignment.
Drove off and guess what? Same exact situation😡
Here's the spec sheet.
Any advice/suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you!

Take it back again and ask that someone else do it. Seems to me they should be able to do better. I do not like your toe settings. Don't overlook tires. You can have them also do a front to rear rotation. I also have alignments done with a full tank of fuel.

The tech said the alignment was not right and didn't even match the numbers on the sheet I gave him (from previous alignment).
The good news is the steering wheel is now centered.
The not so good news is it still pulls to the rightUnhappy
Also when looking at vehicle from front, it looks like driver side tire is angled slightly outward (negative camber) and also looks like it's turned more than pass side when steering wheel is turned either direction.
And in a related incident, I marked the tires beforehand, the rotation was not done!
Never had issues like this for a simple alignment!

The settings look much better this time. Your camber is in specs so what you are seeing is probably an illusion. You are well within specs and a tire can cause a pull. You can check tires by rotating and road testing again. New tires can have issues too. I hope you are checking on a level road. If it's crowned, a pull to the right can be expected.

Bringing in to different Mavis location later today to have it checked, and have them actually rotate the tires.
Will let you know.
Thanks!
