I have a 2002 Ford Explorer that often makes a loud, annoying ticking sound that can be heard inside the truck above the driver side rear wheel well. Is this where the fuel pump is located? I am out of town and the missus wants this thing fixed when I get home before we head to the hills for vacation. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 

all I can tell you is that the fuel pump in inside the fuel tank.

 

my car is doing this too. anyone have any idea what to do?? I need it asap.
