10-4..Im on it..already talked to the service department at "Board Ford" In Whittier and they are working on it..that cluster cost $311. Ouch.They are telling me it is 1 yr or 12K miles parts warranty..im a bit over but we will see...anyways thanks for all your help..hope this helps someone else..Jess

Guess there's always the option of wiring in a seperate ground circuit to the relay panel for 'key on' relaycontrol,eliminating the cluster control, but then you'd loose the option for window/radio control once the key was turned off... Like the old days
