Does anyone have a suggestion on improving the interior door handle on my 2006 Explorer? I still bought the vehicle, but noticed right away that the location of the door handle was very inconvenient.

I see that Ford changed it back to the armrest location for 2007, but new door panels are probably cost prohibitive.
