Default 2011 ford explorer xlt

So i have a 2011 ford explorer xlt that im having issues with my issue is when i open any of the doirs aswell as the lift gate none of my interior lights come on nor do they come on when you push the button by the headlight control switch.i checked fuses 4 and 12 which were both good however the light do come on if you manually push them.i bought the vehicle usec and when i got it the lights were working as they should any thoughts on what else to check would be very helpful

Do you presently have a copy of the owner's manual?
If so, check in the maintenance section , there may be a fuse you might have overlooked , otherwise a lighting module may be malfunctioning.

I do have an owner manual and check under the fuse section and checked all that were related to interior lighting. This may sound dumb but how do i locate the lighting module

Diver's side, behind the dash , over the parking brake , dash needs to be removed.
