I am looking at buying a 2017 Explorer Platinum, but it is a delivery only vehicle, so I can't physically look at it and with the hitch cover, can't see it in the images. It says it has the Class III Tow Package. Does this option include the receiver hitch, or just the ability to have it installed? Image of option listed from the factory window sticker.
