I am receiving random "Cross Traffic System Faults" on my 2020 Explorer Platinum. When this message appears on the dash, the heat/AC stops operating, outside mirrors will not open or close, the passenger window does not operate, and the cross traffic system does not work. The vehicle has been back to Ford multiple times and most recently the connector C2431 was replaced. Other tests were performed for moisture, but the issue keeps randomly reappearing. Any help is appreciated.
