OK I GIVE UP HOW DO U GET THE STUPID FRICKIN SPARE TIRE DOWN FROM TIRE STORAGE
.FROM UNDER MY TRUCK????

CAN SOMEONE ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE??

Open the liftgate. Insert the jack crank handle/lug nut wrench into the 'actuator hole' (just above bumper height, slightly off center to the right) and turn it counterclockwise until the spare lowers completely and the cable is slack enough to allow the spare tire to be pulled rearward a bit, and then remove the lift retainer from the wheel center. You may have to tip it slightly for clearance..
To stow the and cable/retainer with spare removed, turn jack handle/lug nut wrench clockwise until all slack is removed.. There may be jacking/spare tire instructions in the jack storage area or in the owners handbook as well...

there may be a padlock on it too- mine came with a padlock on the spare but no key to the padlock. fun times.

If none helps take it to a tire shop, Im sure they can get it down for you.
