Default 95 Expl No Back Heat

Hi, I have a 95 Eddie Bauer Explorer. When I turn on the heat, it seems to be working fine in the front, but when I open the two vents on the bottom of the console in the back, it barely has any flow coming out, and what is coming out isn't warm. Normally I wouldn't care much, b/c i've always had car ptoblems w/my past cars and if it ran I was happy, but I now have a 6 year old step-daughter and we take trips over 2 hours to see my family. I can't have her cold. Any suggestions would really be appreciated. Thank You!!
