Brakes go to the floor!

Help!! I have a Ford Explorer 2002 and all of a sudden the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor and pumping the brake does not create pressure. The line has not been open and there is brake fluid. Any suggestions??

If the brake fluid level is at the top, the master cylinder would be suspect.
