Default Buzzer is drunk

Greetings, got a 2004 explorer v-6 auto,95,000 mi. on a weekend trip to Orlando on two different occasions as I was pulling off the interstate at the end of the ramp as soon as I stopped a warning buzzer went off.(rapid dinging).
No warning lights, all gagues nominal. On both occasions I had to turn engine off and back on to get it off. Only thing I have noticed is there seems to be a slight movement in the drivers seat.
Wife said it came on for a few seconds on one occasion with her last week.went off by its self.
Any ideas where to look would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
David
