Default Dash vents don't work

I just replaced the temperature air door actuator in my 2004 Explorer because the original one had a missing spline and wasn't allowing heat. Now that I resolved the heat issue I would like to solve the dash vent issue. Regardless of the temperature air door actuator the dash vents have stopped blowing any type of air i.e. air-conditioning/heat. Air blows out of the defrost vents and the floor vents. Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be here and what the fix would be to have air come out the dash vents?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

This would be the position actuator or a broken door in the air distribution box.

I already changed the actuator. There is no thing as a position actuator. Everything that pops up is HVAC actuator/temperature air door actuator/air blend door actuator. All these are relative. Where is this air distribution box?
